Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Active license to practice in Alabama
Home health experience

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
40 hours per week
Coverage areas include Escambia County, Monroe County, and Conecuh County
Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits, from first patient to last patient
