In this on-site role, you will provide evidence-based evaluations and treatments to diverse patient populations, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and quality of life. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians within our integrated, Catholic not-for-profit system. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.
