Intermountain Health seeks a Graduate RN for our Clinical Decision Unit. In this fast-paced observation setting, you will provide evidence-based nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient status, and coordinate transitions of care. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians and specialists, communicate with patients and families, and support a safe, healing environment.
