Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | Primary Care | Loveland, Colorado

Banner Health, one of the nation's premier nonprofit health systems, has an exciting opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our well-established, growing Primary Care team in Loveland, Colorado! In this role, you will have your own patient panel with clinical responsibilities including all ages, wellness, preventive care, and chronic disease management, as well as specialized procedures based on candidate interest.

Some additional details about the position:

• Growing, recently remodeled clinic with an engaged, supportive team
• Four-day workweek (4x10s)
• Clinic hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-5:30 PM | Rotating Saturday coverage (approximately every 9 weeks) 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• Light call phone consult only (1-2 weeks per year)
• Patient Load: 18 patients per day with 30-minute appointments
• Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
• Integrated care model with access to behavioral health, case management, PharmD support, diabetic education, and dietitian/social work services

Minimum Requirements

• FNP or PA designation with Colorado license eligibility
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• 1+ year of primary care experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Patient-focused, collaborative, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000 , based on experience
