Order to Cash (O2C) Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in commercial credit, collections, or accounts receivable (not general accounting)
Direct experience reviewing financials and making credit decisions, including setting credit limits and managing risk
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach and manage a team (player-coach leadership style)
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, equipment, fleet, dealership, rental, or commercial service settings

Order to Cash (O2C) Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience collaborating with sales, operations, finance, and service teams
Expertise building KPIs, AR portfolio reporting, and presenting analysis to senior leadership

Order to Cash (O2C) Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and support a team of 7 credit and AR professionals
Review customer financial statements and make commercial credit decisions
Set and manage customer credit limits and monitor risk exposure
Drive improvements in collections performance, DSO, and overall cash flow
Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve escalated collection matters
Partner across departments to support business performance and customer relationships
