Production Associate

Our client, in Weidman, MI is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical inclination, the ability to learn new skills quickly, and a commitment to safe, consistent work which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Weidman, MI

Pay Range: $19.24

Shift: 3rd shift
8 pm to 6:30 am
*must be able to train on 1st if needed and overtime (if scheduled)

What's the Job?

• Perform production work across multiple skill areas, including at least two of the following: welding, assembly, blueprint reading, machine operation, buffing and grinding, refrigeration knowledge, electrical knowledge, hand tool operation, fork truck operation, and basic computer skills.
• Read and interpret blueprints and instructions to support accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Operate and support industrial equipment safely, including machine operation and material handling tasks as assigned.
• Use hand tools and measuring tools (including tape measure reading) to meet production requirements.
• Maintain quality and productivity by following work instructions, staying attentive to detail, and supporting strong attendance habits.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED Required
  • must be able to provide proof
• Ability to work both 1st and 3rd shift.
• Ability to work overtime, including Fridays and Saturdays or anything over 10 hours daily, as needed.
• Prior factory experience is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate mechanical inclination or enjoyment working with your hands.
