REGISTERED NURSE

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Charge RN for our NICU within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate and oversee high-quality, family-centered care for critically ill newborns, guiding and mentoring nursing staff while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll manage patient assignments, support evidence-based practices, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates are experienced NICU RNs with strong clinical judgment, communication, and team leadership skills, committed to compassionate care and continuous improvement.
