Associate Attorney – Insurance Coverage
Join a respected law firm as a highly motivated attorney specializing in insurance coverage. This role offers the opportunity to represent both international and domestic insurers on a variety of liability policies, including directors and officers, employment practices, professional liability, commercial general liability, and commercial auto liability. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a stimulating team environment and is eager to tackle complex insurance coverage matters.

Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in insurance coverage.
- Admitted to practice in California; additional bar admissions are a plus.
- Strong background in complex insurance coverage matters; litigation experience is a plus.

Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies and draft coverage opinions and position letters.
- Conduct rigorous legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda.
- Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage.
- Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Attend arbitrations, hearings, and mediations as needed.
- Proactively manage matters, deadlines, and communication with clients.
