Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional to provide high-quality, per diem behavioral health services in a tech-forward care environment. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, and provide crisis intervention and safety planning. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care teams, and other clinicians while documenting care in electronic health records. Drawing on evidence-based practices, you’ll support diverse patient populations, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
