FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, geriatric-focused care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. In this New Grad Mentor Program role, you’ll evaluate and treat older adults, design functional, goal-driven plans of care, and promote mobility, safety, and fall prevention.
