What You'll Do

• Assist in leading daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members
• Support labor management, scheduling, and cost controls
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Help achieve sales and profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and daily operations
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
