  • Schedule Details: Ongoing locum opportunity providing 24-hour beeper call coverage plus outpatient clinic responsibilities. Provider will cover obstetric and gynecologic patients, review lab results, answer in-basket questions, support nursing staff, and provide comprehensive women's health services. EPIC EMR. Clinic and birthing center located on the same floor.
  • Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Multiple coverage blocks available:
    • Sept 4-11
    • Sept 25-Oct 1
    • Oct 16-23
    • Nov 16-22
    • Dec 4-7
  • Skills Needed:
    • Vaginal deliveries
    • C-sections
    • High and low-risk OB
    • FHR interpretation
    • Amniocentesis
    • Breech deliveries
    • Multiple births
    • VBACs
    • Office gynecology procedures
    • Open and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery
    • Operative gynecology procedures
  • Certifications Needed: BLS
  • Patient Population/Case Load:
    • Average 12-20 deliveries per month
    • Approximately 250 deliveries annually
    • 0-3 hospital patients per shift
    • 4-hour clinic sessions
    • 0-4 patients seen while on call
    • 8-bed department
    • Certified Nurse Midwife support onsite

Licensing & Privileging

  • License: Wisconsin License or IMLC
