Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to improve strength, safety, and independence. The PTA will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on dignity, compassion, professional growth, and clinical excellence.
