Maintenance Engineer I

Marriott is hiring a Maintenance Engineer I to keep our hotel facilities safe, reliable, and guest-ready. In this entry-level role, you will perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will respond to work orders and guest requests, troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment logs, and follow safety and regulatory standards. Working closely with engineering and operations teams, you’ll help ensure a comfortable, high-quality guest experience while building skills for long-term growth in hospitality facilities management.
