As an RN Educator for perioperative services at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital, you will lead unit-based education for OR nurses and support staff in a mission-driven, safety-net setting. You will design, deliver, and evaluate orientation, ongoing competencies, and evidence-based practice initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and culturally responsive care. Partnering with nursing leadership, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams, you will mentor staff, support practice changes, and advance health equity for South Los Angeles’ diverse, underserved community.
