CRNA needed near Fishers, IN to start ASAP and work on-going.


  • Model: Care team - Supervision 1:4/5
  • 8hr shifts
  • M-Th with 4-5 rooms per day
  • EMR is HST
  • 7a start time so arrive at 6:45
  • Cases: Ophthalmology, Cataract, Oculoplastic, Retina
  • Volume has peaked around 65 cases in a day
  • $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
  • $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
  • $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
