Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – No Experience Needed!
Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base!
Commission-based uncapped earning potential.
Long-term earning potential: $60,000-$150,000+

What You’ll Do:
Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$50,000-$150,000/yearWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
