Charge Nurse

As a Charge Nurse at Wellstar Health System, you will coordinate patient care and lead a team of RNs and support staff within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You’ll oversee unit workflow, assign staff, monitor clinical quality, and support evidence-based practice to ensure safe, patient-centered care. This role collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentors nurses, and participates in staffing, rounding, and performance improvement.
