Urgent Care Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $135.80 - $147.00

This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM with 12-hour shifts. No call.
• Patients per day: 30-50 patients.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient urgent care
• Scope: Urgent Care (open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians).
• State Licensure: Active Indiana license required; Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required (or easily transferable). Board Certification required
• Credentialing timeframe: Start as soon as credentialed.
