Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and standards of care.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, open communication, and employee satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective nursing practices, policies, and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
