Facility:
This is a Level 2 trauma facility featuring 15 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, and services extending to multiple specialty areas. The facility operates under a supervised model and supports a wide range of surgical specialties including orthopedic, vascular, neurological, thoracic, OB, and pediatric cases, providing a dynamic and well-rounded clinical environment.

Job Details:
  • Locum Tenens opportunity available ASAP on an ongoing basis
  • Supervised anesthesia model within a Level 2 trauma facility
  • Primary need is for scheduled cases; willingness to take call is highly valued
  • Opportunity available for a pediatric-trained CRNA to support ENT and other outpatient specialty areas in ambulatory surgery locations
  • 4-5 patient encounters per shift across 15 ORs and 4 endoscopy suites
  • General anesthesia required for adult patients; pediatric and trauma experience preferred
  • Obstetrical cases required
  • Neurosurgical cases required, including head and spine
  • Thoracic cases (excluding open heart) required
  • Complex vascular cases (excluding open heart) required
  • Complex orthopedic cases required
  • Pain management techniques required
  • Ventilation management required
  • Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues required
  • Arterial line placement required
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Board certification required; estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days
  • Must be licensed in MN or hold an IMLC license
  • Nearest airport is Duluth; lodging available at the Sheraton

Compensation:
