Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient orthopedic experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule is 5x8.
• Shift days are Monday through Friday.
• Includes 2 evening shifts until 6:30pm.
• Setting is outpatient orthopedics.

Locust Grove offers convenient access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel routes.
