Machine Operator – 1st Shift Available

ProLogistix/Employbridge is seeking experienced Machine Operators to safely operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00
Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

  • Operate Peerless Plate machines safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload paper materials for each job
  • Monitor machine performance and make approved adjustments or minor repairs
  • Perform daily safety and compliance checks
  • Troubleshoot issues and correct defects promptly
  • Report equipment or production issues to leadership immediately
  • Adhere to Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense standards
