RN Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic

UCHealth seeks an RN for our Acute Care Transplant/Thoracic unit. In this role, you’ll provide complex, evidence-based care for pre- and post‑operative transplant and thoracic patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, hemodynamic and telemetry monitoring, line and drain management, and patient/family education. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, culturally sensitive care.
