The institution maintains the infrastructure necessary to support 24-hour on-site call coverage with APP staffing. Clinical resources are in place to ensure continuity of care for the surgical critical care patient population. About the Facility Location Northwest Arkansas offers a range of experiences across its communities, including scenic trails, historic sites, live music, and local dining. The region features art museums, cultural events, and lively downtown areas that reflect each community‘s distinct character. Clinicians on assignment will find accessible options for recreation and exploration throughout the area. About the Clinician‘s Workday Clinicians will provide inpatient surgical critical care coverage on a 24-hour shift basis at a Level III facility in Arkansas, with call required. Clinical responsibilities include managing critically ill inpatient patients and performing surgical critical care procedures on-site. Two APPs are available on staff to support clinical operations throughout the assignment. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
