Geriatric Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this clinician-owned practice, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and focus on improving functional mobility, strength, and quality of life for older adults. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document outcomes with clinical precision.
