Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
* Active Texas Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
* BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
* Experience in home health setting preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document per home health regulations.
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes within the service area.
* Ability to work independently in community and home environments.
