Full job description

Full weeks preferred
Requires OB and blocks
Must have OB cases within the last 12 months
Name Clear- FN/LN NPI#
Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
Case logs required, have to have done OB cases in past year minimum 4 cases ideally more
Cases need to be within the past 12 months
Type of cases required: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ped Dental, ENT, ENDO, Podiatry, no heads, hearts or spines (350 deliveries a year) Providers must have OB cases in the past 12 months
Supervision: All CRNA practice
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
EMR System: Cerner
# of providers during the day 3, # of ORS 2, # of Endo rooms 2
Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated/accepting exemptions
Certifications- ACLS, PALS, BLS
DEA Required- Michigan
CSR Required- Michigan
MUST BE NBCRNA certified
