RN Wound Care Lead

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks an experienced RN Wound Care Lead to advance wound and skin integrity care for our diverse South Los Angeles community. In this on-site role, you will perform complex wound assessments, develop evidence-based care plans, lead pressure injury prevention, and serve as the primary clinical resource for wound and ostomy care. You will round with the interdisciplinary team, educate staff, patients, and families, support quality improvement initiatives, and champion compassionate, culturally responsive care aligned with our mission of health equity for underserved populations.
