OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to maximize patient independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in alignment with regulatory and quality standards, all within a nurturing, dynamic, and growth-focused environment.
