Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado. Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible scheduling: 4-day work week option available

• Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends

• 18-20 patients per day in a busy, well-established clinic

• 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time

• Limited shared call (phone consult only)

• Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support

• Join a tenured team of providers with long-standing ties to the Longmont community

• Newly refurbished clinic featuring fresh paint, updated flooring, new artwork, and modern furniturecreating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff

• Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

Qualifications:

• 2+ years post-graduate experience in an outpatient primary care setting required

• Board Certified FNP

• Valid Colorado license (or ability to obtain one)

• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000-$145,000 (based on experience) plus incentives
