<h1>A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Exchange Engineer Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 6 months, possible extension Location: Syracuse New York 13210 About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled Exchange Engineer to become a key member of our Infrastructure Team in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our enterprise messaging ecosystem, driving innovation, reliability, and security across our Microsoft technology stack. You'll play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and safeguarding the platforms that keep our organization connected, collaborating closely with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and operational excellence. What You'll Do As our Microsoft Exchange Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and evolving a modern messaging environment that supports enterprise-scale operations.
