This facility is looking for a Gynecologic - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- M-F 8a-4p, 2 clinic days , 3 Operating Room (OR) days / Rotating weekend coverage, Alternating weekday and weekend call
- Will perform procedures within the clinic, Inpatient and Outpatient.
- Common Diagnosis and Procedures: Ovarian Cancer, Endometrial Cancer, Uterine Cancer, Cervical Cancer, Vaginal Tumors, Uterine Fibroids, Cancer Genetic Counseling, and Outpatient Laboratory Testing.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certification
- Fellowship in an accredited program
- Active Indiana license, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
