Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)

Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team on our day shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and team-focused environment where your skills and contributions are valued.

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes

  • Perform routine nursing assessments and approved clinical procedures

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care at all times

Qualifications

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina, in good standing

  • Current CPR certification preferred
