Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Home Health experience required
Assignment Details
* Schedule: M-F
* Coverage area includes Livonia and Downriver teams
* May be asked to support additional coverage within an hour radius based on referrals
* EMR: Home Care Home Base
* On call: None
* Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
* Interview process: Teams/Video Call
