Registered Nurse – Horizons Care Center
Horizons Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our 24-hour nursing setting. The RN will perform assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, document in the EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support both short-term rehab and long-term care residents. You will promote dignity, safety, and quality of life through open communication, education, and advocacy while contributing to a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement.
