Mercy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home health care to patients in Festus. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life. You will coordinate with nurses and physicians, educate patients and caregivers, and document care in EMR.
