Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Experience in a skilled nursing facility
* Experience with NetHealth/PCC
Assignment Details
* Full-time schedule Monday through Friday
* Start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
* Setting includes short-term and long-term care rehab
