Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-time) 
Ivy Health Physical Therapy – Outpatient 

Location:  760 Bloomfield Ave, West Caldwell, NJ 07006

Compensation: $30/hr - $39/hr

Requirements  

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state  
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
