Medical Technologist/MLT Generalist

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLT Generalist to perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology. In this role, you’ll analyze patient specimens, validate and report accurate results, troubleshoot instruments, and follow strict quality control and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with pathologists, nurses, and providers to support timely diagnoses and patient care while contributing to a culture of safety, learning, and innovation in our advanced, patient-first laboratories.
