Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab

TriStar Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized care plans, medication administration, wound care, and active participation in interdisciplinary rehab rounds. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe mobility and discharge planning, and champion a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement while using advanced EMR systems and rehab technologies.
