Acute Care Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | $2K Sign-On + PSLF

Position Highlights

• Acute care at a non-profit regional medical center
• PSLF eligible
• Caseload focus: neuro, stroke recovery, step-down ICU, cardiopulmonary
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• 8-10 patients/day, treatment times not hard-capped
• 12-week stepped orientation (general med/surg, then higher acuity)
• M-F 8:00-4:30, one weekend shift per month, 25 days PTO

About the Role
Our ideal candidate has the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We're not looking for someone after their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in their career and help patients understand what's happened to their bodies through their injury or condition. Patient education is the number one priority. You'll have dedicated therapy gyms right on the neuro and ortho floors, and a 12-week stepped orientation that ramps you from general med/surg up to higher-acuity units.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passion for patient-centered care and neuro/stroke populations
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary communicator
• Servant-leader mindset
