The Goddard School of Burlington Township, NJ is looking for a motivated self-starter Director. A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, and at least 3 years Director experience in a licensed childcare center is required . A candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of age appropriate activities for young children.

The Goddard School Director has strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and can motivate and inspire others. The Director responsibilities include:

• Overseeing preschool operations including human resources, curriculum, quality assurance, and facility operations
• Developing strong relationships with families
• Managing a budget
• Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
• Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education
