Job Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Manage daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and product quality
• Drive sales and profitability through smart business decisions and team engagement
• Oversee labor, inventory, and food cost controls of group of locations
• Create a positive, high-energy culture where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all operational procedures

Job Qualifications

• Multi-unit & high volume of $5million per location
• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in 24-hour operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
• Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive team culture
