General Manager Benefits

General Manager Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent full-service restaurant General Manager experience is required, high-volume experience preferred
  • Solid career tenure and progression, including no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
  • Flexible schedule availability, including days and weekends
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Ability to travel for training 5-6 weeks, out of state (company-paid)
  • Experience in building sales and teams
