Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2160 per week.

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: BSN required for international clinicians.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Patient population includes general medical-surgical, telemetry, orthopedic, urology, gastroenterology, respiratory, and comfort-care patients. Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as Ballad Health prepares future nurses for the profession. This clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to and alongside clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Floats to care for MS-type patients.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
