Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will coordinate and provide evidence‑based, patient‑centered care across the rehab continuum, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and patient/family education.
