RN Labor Delivery Post Partum Float Pool

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX seeks an RN for Labor, Delivery, Postpartum Float Pool. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns across L&D, antepartum, postpartum, and newborn areas. Responsibilities include assessing patients, managing labor processes, fetal monitoring, administering medications, supporting breastfeeding, collaborating with OB providers and support staff, and ensuring documentation and safety standards. You will float within women’s services based on census, participate in emergencies, educate patients and families, and support a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
