In this full-service senior living community, you will provide high-quality clinical care, coordinate individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor resident health. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support wellness and restorative programs, educate residents and families, and promote a vibrant, respectful environment that encourages seniors to remain active, engaged, and safe across residential living, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings.
