This position oversees staff development, training, performance improvement, and the implementation of quality services in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.The Program Manager works closely with individuals served, their families, and their circle of support to ensure services are person-centered, effective, and aligned with each individual's needs, preferences, and goals.<h3>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Provide leadership, supervision, and ongoing support to program staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee staff development, training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Plan, implement, and evaluate program policies and procedures to ensure quality services and regulatory compliance.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with individuals served and their circle of support throughout the assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation processes.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Review referral packets and assess prospective individuals served to determine program suitability and service needs.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with Regional Center counselors and other service providers to support individual needs and service plans.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals served, families, and other key stakeholders.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Provide guidance and support to families regarding Redwood Family Care Network services and available resources.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for program improvement.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote program awareness and growth.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22 regulations, applicable federal and state laws, Regional Center requirements, Department of Social Services regulations, Individual Program Plans (IPPs), and behavior modification programs.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2><ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">3–5 years of supervisory experience, including experience supervising approximately 5–30 employees.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Current First Aid/CPR certification.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Valid California Driver's License.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening, including a background check.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, employees, Regional Centers, and community partners.</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ul data-spread="false"><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to perform the physical and operational duties necessary to support the program and individuals served.</li></ul><h2>Why Join Redwood Family Care Network?</h2>At Redwood Family Care Network, we believe our employees are an essential part of creating meaningful outcomes for the individuals we support.
